1. GENERAL
1.1. When you book a taxi, minicab or minibus with WAZER Taxis Southampton, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
2.1. In making a booking via this Website You must provide accurate details and are responsible for any failure to do so.
2.2. You hereby warrant to WAZER Taxis Southampton that you are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to make the Booking.
2.3. We collect and process personal data such as your name, phone number and email address for the following purposes:
- To provide you with requested services
- To communicate with you regarding bookings, updates or support
- To send marketing communications (with your consent or where legally permitted)
- To improve our services and customer experience
We will never sell or rent your data to third parties.
3. BOOKINGS
3.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that Your Details are correct. When you make a booking, this constitutes an offer which WAZER taxis southampton may or may not accept. Your booking is not confirmed until you see the confirmation screen on the website or received confirmation email by email.
3.2.If you need to amend or correct a booking, you must contact WAZER Taxis directly via WhatsApp at +44 7983 194762 or through our provided email address
3.3. We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours prior to their flight departure. WAZER Taxis Southampton will not accept responsibility for any passenger missing their flight if sufficient check-in time has not been allowed.
4.1. If booking with the ‘pay by card’ option, you agree to pay the fare at the time you make your booking.
4.2. If paying by card, in the event that your card payment is refused by Your Card issuer for whatever reason, WAZER Taxis Southampton will not be able to fulfil your booking.
4.4. WAZER will provide you with a receipt for Payment by email to the email address you registered with the booking.
4.5. Payment will not cover any extra requirements you request (such as child seats, congestion charge). If you do not indicate any additional luggage when booking, resulting in a larger size vehicle being required, then you’ll be charge extra, which you must pay them directly for. If you wish to give a tip to the driver, you should do so directly at your own discretion.
4.6. In the event that you make any deviations from the route that you entered into the website, you may be subject to additional charges in respect thereof and will make such payment directly to the driver.
4.7. Waiting time: Pick up from resident address 10 minutes free of charge, then £5 every 10 minutes. Airport pick up 35 – 40 minutes free of charge then £5 every 10 minutes.
4.8. If your flight is delayed, please let us know as soon as possible
4.9. WAZER Taxis Southampton primarily uses its own vehicles; however, third-party transport providers may be used when appropriate
4.10. WAZER Taxis Southampton reserves the right to provide an upgraded vehicle if the originally selected vehicle type is unavailable.
5. CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS
5.1. A 5% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellations must be submitted via our website at least 12 hours before the scheduled journey. For long-distance bookings, cancellations must be made before the driver is dispatched.
5.2. No refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled journey start time
6. BEHAVIOUR
6.2. Passengers are not permitted to take alcoholic drinks onto the vehicles for the purpose of consuming them during the Trip.
6.3. The PH Operator further reserves the right to refuse carriage to any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
7. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
7.1. The PH Operator shall not undertake the carriage or delivery of:

8.1. Wazer Taxis Southampton will maintain the confidentiality of personal data collected as part of making a booking. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
